The rules of English grammar are simple, but knowing them will help you write clear sentences that people understand.

The subject must agree with the verb.

In English, there are two main parts to every sentence: the subject and the verb. A subject is what gets talked about, while the verb describes what happens. If the subject does not agree with the verb, then the sentence is incorrect.

1. Use active Voice

3. Use a comma to connect two ideas

4. When writing use semicolon to join ideas

5. Use serial comma in list

6. Use simple present Tense for habitual action.

7. USe poresent continuous for present actions

8. When talking about past actions, don’t forget that there are regular and irregular verbs.

9. Use the Present Perfect Tense with words or expressions of unfinished time
