Present Continuous Tens-----------Past Continuous Tens

For example;

She said,"She is cooking food now".                                 (Direct Speech)                 

She said that she was cooking food than.                           (Indirect Speech)

They said to me, “we are completing this work today".   (Direct Speech)

They said to us that they were completing that work that day.   ( I-S)

He said to her,"i am learning a computer here".             (Direct Speech)

He said to her that he was learning computer there.     (Indirect Speech)

Mother said to me, “she is abusing them".                         (Direct Speech)

Mother told me that she was abusing them.                     (Indirect Speech)

Teacher said to him, “you are learning this lesson".         (Direct Speech)

Teacher said that he was learning that lesson.                  (Indirect Speech)  

We said to them, “you are migrating from here".             (Direct Speech)

We said to them that they were migrating from there.   (Indirect Speech)
