Past Continuous Tens-----Past Perfect Continuous Tens

For examples;

She says, “he was working with his brother". (Direct Speech)

She says that he was working with his brother.(indirect Speech)

I said to them, “you were contemplating upon this issue". (Direct S--)
I said to that they had been contemplating upon this issue. (I-S)

He said to me,"i was proclaiming here".  (Indirect Speech)

He said to me that he had been proclaiming there.  (Indirect Speech)

She said to me, “they were obstructing in our success".  (Indirect Speech)

She said to me that they had been obstructing in our success.  (Indirect S)

He said to them, “police was convicting me yesterday". (Direct Speech)

He said to them that police had been convicting me previous day. (I-S)

She said to her, “he was acquitting me from jail". (Direct Speech)
she said to her that he had been acquitting me from jail. (Indirect speech)
